Clinical
Supervision

With over 15 years of clinical supervisory experience, Sheri Koller (LCSW, LCSW-C, PPSC, NCSSW) is familiar with legal and ethical requirements in Social Worker (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), and Clinical Counselor (APCC) professions.  Her strong background in mental health and suicide prevention lends itself to clinical supervision that is theory oriented, treatment focused, data-driven and culturally informed.

Supervision ranges from 1-2 hours per week (depending on state requirements) and consists of case reviews, identification of transference/countertransference, application of theory, practice with diagnosing, treatment planning, developing intentional interventions, review of client progress, cultural and religious (or spiritual) intersectionality, and discussion of historical traumas (oppression, cultural suppression, racism and discrimination) experienced by clients.  Legal and ethical topics will also be interspersed during discussion of cases and administrative supervision.

Sheri is able to certify licensure hours for MFT, MSW and APCC in the following states:

California

Maryland

** Other states depending on state requirements
